Frequently Asked Questions

Why do we have deadlines?

Deadlines support timely publication of the Academic Catalog, MyRoadmaps and other advising tools, and the Schedule of Classes so students can plan before registration.

Why can programs only be revised once a year when we have a digital catalog and schedule?

The Academic Catalog is officially published once a year (usually April). A PDF version must also be submitted for compliance and articulation purposes, and students have catalog rights tied to a specific catalog year (Title 5).
