How to pay for parking in the North Garage:
You can purchase a Single Day or Hourly permit through self-service Permit Paystations. The North Garage self-service permit pay station is located in 1st Floor by elevators. They accept Visa/MasterCard and coins, $1, $5 bills.

Alternatively, you can pay online by downloading the ParkMobile App.

Street Parking:
Street is also available around SJSU.

After parking, cross San Fernando St. toward campus. 
The Smith Carlos statues are outdoors next to the Tower.

15 Year Milestone

Over the past 15 years, the Record Clearance Project at San José State University has increased access to justice and supported people seeking a second chance.

As the only undergraduate clinical legal services program in the country, over 1,150 students have provided more than:

  • 500 community legal education presentations to over 17,300 participants.
  • 2,700 record review interviews for clients to tell them what is on their record and their next steps in clearing them,
  • 2,000 petitions in court seeking to clear records, with a 99% success rate from over 2 dozen judges hearing these cases.

Clients' trust, students' dedication, donors' support, and community partnerships have made this work possible. Please help celebrate this 15-year milestone by reflecting on the impact of this work, sharing appreciation, and looking ahead to what comes next.
